While I was in Sydney, one of my mother's good friends had a baby grand-daughter...so I offered to embroider a couple of vests/singlets for her to give as a gift.
These are so quick and relatively easy to make - and the added fine ribbon really adds to the cuteness. They probably took me less than an hour in total to complete.
Bullion roses, stem-stitch, lazy-daisy and a few french knots and a lovely, personal gift is ready to be given...
